1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
We offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. We believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for our business.
2. Acceptable Item Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
Items are packaged carefully to protect it from moisture and impact. However, if the item should be damaged upon arrival please contact us at standpointimages2025@gmail.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
